Wechter 1735 Acoustic-Electric Travel Guitar
Natural Gloss*
The Wechter Travel Guitar has tone and volume that
belies its short scale and compact size. Attention to detail and fine
craftsmanship set Wechter guitars apart. The 1735 guitar features a
solid spruce top and lancewood back and sides, tortoise shell binding,
and an abalone rosette. Its smaller size makes it an ideal travel
instrument and is also great for littler players. The built-in preamp
features a 3-band EQ that adds to the versatility of this instrument.
Wechter travel guitars are well made, are a good value, and are fun to play! All
Wechter guitars including the Travel guitar undergo a
meticulous final setup where they install brand new premium quality
coated light gauge strings, adjust the action, adjust the nut, truss rod,
saddle, file frets if necessary, clean the fingerboard and bridge,
polish and repack - every guitar, every time, so that Wechter knows you
are getting a guitar that will play the best right out of the box. All
Wechter guitars have a lifetime warranty. Abe Wechter has been designing
and building guitars for 30 years and over the course of his career, Abe
designed and built handmade guitars for artists like John McLaughlin, Al
DiMeola, John Denver, Earl Klugh, B B King, Steve Howe, Jonas Hellborg
and many other fine players. Wechter guitars is committed to continue to
deliver innovation, quality and value, at prices working musicians can
afford.
